Top Discharge Centrifuges are available in the following Designs

1. Full Body Opening: This centrifuge model allows for easy cleaning and visual inspection of the entire top cover, making it ideal for applications with frequent product changeovers and specific cleaning requirements. It also provides a clear view of the basket bottom and Mother Liquor Drain platform. Often referred to as a cGMP or sanitary model, it is suitable for a professional setting requiring scientific and objective language, as well as factual and expert statements.

2. Full Lid Open: The centrifuge’s top lid is designed to match the diameter of the monitor casing, providing improved access to the basket and full coverage of the top cover, except for the bottom.

3. Partial Lid Opening: To properly clean the centrifuge, you must open the monitor casing and remove the cake from only a portion of the top cover. To thoroughly clean the basket and internal components, it is necessary to open the monitor casing of the centrifuge.
